Because UF ain't going to do the 48 move and make PVs for every track. So multiple A-sides will do.
I'm just glad they are releasing a double a-side. Tokai no Hitorigurashi is just not working for me.

Going to completely disagree with you.
I don't mind if its any of both. Especially since I prefer those two type of songs than the current A-side.
Though I doubt they are going to release another ballad song this year since they already did.
Despite not liking Hitorigurashi, I get the feeling I'm going to love the PV.
