Such great news to end the day!! I'm happy for both girls. Perhaps Captain and Chinami will have enough power to take part in important decision making in H!P. Now I'm just waiting to hear what Yurina and Risako are going to do.

Ooooh exciting! I have to say, it's a bit unexpected for Chinami, but good for her. I hope they both enjoy their new activities.
I wonder if Yurina might not take some time off to focus on university and school life. She's only got a year or two left, right?

Awesome stuff. So that means that Maimi will most likely work close with Chinami and Saki behind the stage... As well as their managers and stuff of course. hmhmhm.
Sayuuuu time to come back and join the club. *-*

I think it's a gratitude from the company to the girls who devoted most of their time to idol career. It helps the girls to make a stable living after the hiatus. That's actually very nice for H!P.

YESSSSS! Behind the scene or not, I'm so happy for them! I'll always be a fan of Chinami.

I really want Captian and Chinami to work with Kobushi Factory. They have no senpai!
Oh and I was totally wrong about the name being announced after the concert or during, but I'm so right about the link between the two groups. I love it.

I'm happy for the girls. They also have the relevant experience for it, so they deserve it. I'm also glad that it means we know they will be sort of around.

OMG Chinami too?? That's great! It suddenly reminded me of that funny video where a few Berryz were with the KSS members and it was like a funny little skit (they were practicing Oheso no Kuni kara or something in that skit, then Momochi was teaching members to be an idol or something) and I feel like they'd do great as advisers...(even know we dont really know what the job requires o.o) To me it just seems like a messenger job except these messengers have experience about the topic (being an idol) at which they can help make or change suggestions coming from the staff. Also, having their reputation, it might be easier for H!P members to hear messages coming from senpai rather than staff, and ofcourse, again, possibly get advice every now and then.
You guys think they'll host in concerts with Makoto or is that pushing their job description lol

Appointing Saki and Chinami as advisers is a very smart and positive move by Up Front. It's good for the girls in H!P, having people they can talk to that have been through it all. And that is also good for the company, as the girls in H!P are their biggest asset. It shows that Up Front doesn't treat the girls like replaceable idol-bots but as human beings. They give them a job after they graduate, a job which at the same time improves the working conditions of the current H!P members.
Especially now with 20 new members joining the main H!P almost at once the advice of Saki and Chinami will be very much appreciated by all H!P members. It could be the difference between a positive smooth integration of all of them into H!P or a negative string of even more unnecessary early graduations.
