The theme of the mook was about school graduations, I'm not sure if Risako and Harunan are the right grade for it
Even if they are, there's the publisher's preferences, the girls schedules or whatnot and other factors that affect who gets to be featured so I don't really have any idea in short ... *shrugs

according to the Amazon description, BLT magazine editorial staff carefully chose who they wanted in the mook. Airi and Dawa probably have more interesting stories about high school than Risako and Haruna.

Dawa is a study geek. Airi is pretty smart, shes going to University.
