It can be both — sukatto and ska/scat — if it's a pun. Which many Tsunku titles and lyrics are. And the actual title in Japanese is ambiguously written, given how it combines katakana and hiragana.

Really? It sounds like a weak album track to me. It doesn't have any of Takui's usual edge. I'll be very surprised if it's his.

I don't feel the instruments. You would hear the instruments clearly with real Takui song.
