On a per-head basis, she's actually one of the best earners. 15,000 / 1 = 15,000. 40,000 / 10 = 4,000.

Since salary is based on seniority, MM has (1+1+1+1+2+2+2+2+10+10)= 32 seniority years and Mano has 4 (?)

15,000 / 4 = 3750, 40,000 / 32 = 1250

I kinda get why people are hard on her cause there hasn't been a new soloist in a while and then Manopiano happened (which still continues to be one of the worst things i've ever heard in my life) but that is all in the past!!!

w/e I do like how her management really seems to be trying with the actress thing though cause she's one of the few people in H!P rn that actually has a potential ~real~ future in the entertainment industry.

Berryz and C-ute both have a hard time reaching 20k these days (Berryz's lastest single sold a total of 17k.. It didn't even reach 20k), so how can you expect Buono! to have better sales???
There isn't too big of gap between the total sales of Berryz's Be Genki and Buono!'s Hatsukoi Cider/DEEP MIND (Buono! sold 13,899 total, almost 14k, and Berryz sold 17,144... It's only really a 3k difference), and I believe C-ute only sold that many copies on Kimi wa because of the multiple versions... I love C-ute and all, but.. I'm pretty sure they would have sold around maybe 18k total on their last single if not for the different versions (I'm curious to see how they're next single will sell)...

And as for Mano Erina's sales.... Eh, well, I personally think Mano Erina sells pretty good, especially since she doesn't get as much promotion as she used to (I remember H!P used to promote the heck out of ManoEri back 2009.. )..

Mano is doing pretty good for her self.
She is a soloist and is pulling good numbers just by herself.

Before I was iffy about her being a solist but she has proven her self and that makes me like her alot.
Mano Eri is flawless too. Just saying.
