Here's where you inform "us" aka sb aka Up-Front spies exactly what constitutes a "good" episode of Hello Stay.

I think that most of the non-Japanese speaking community can agree: please get rid of, or subtitle, the idiom corner.

Maybe, but my position always is that it's not fair to gauge the "good"-ness of H!P stuff by how well it plays to the Guy Koku Jeans. If subtitles can make it good, then it's already good. Conversely, if it's not good, then adding subs will just make it more obvious to us how not-good it is.

Yeah I'd watch every second of the show if it had decent subtitles
But I've given up hoping for those to ever show up (with the exception of the few Skoban subtitled, which I enjoyed watching a great deal).
The show's episodes do have Japanese closed captions added to them after release though, making it theoretically easier to subtitle them.

But the H!P subtitle scene of old is mostly dead, never mind getting official subs.
So I skim, skip most parts and get the occasional enjoyment out of segments that don't need a translation or subtitles to get their point across.

The idiom corner is totally lost on me, but if it works for the Japanese viewers, more power to them.

the hair arrangement segment is pointless. There are way too many people who make youtube videos on how to arrange hair. The Idiom corner is different on youtube.

I see the hair arrangement corner as a fan service. Manaka was super cute in hers. Ayacho's ponytail tutorial was a joke.

I normally really like the hair arrangement sections, for both the actual hairstyling and seeing the girls' personalities through it. But I even I will admit that this week's was... yeah... Although when I think about it, the last couple have been kinda meh, so maybe it's time to retire that segment. Although it would be kinda cool to see the newer girls take a turn at it.
