It is announced today that Juice=Juice Inoue Rei will appear in an orchestra event for Ludwig van Beethoven Symphony No. 9 200th Anniversary Memorial Day concert on May 7th. She will be participate in "readings" of Beethoven. She is double cast as "Countess Julie Guicciardi" in the nighttime performance.

This year marks the 200th anniversary of the presentation of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 "with chorus" on May 7, 1824, at the Kärntner Theater in Vienna. To celebrate the 200th anniversary of its completion, a new kind of memorial concert will be held, combining <readings> of episodes leading up to the completion of the Ninth with <performances> of the Ninth (excerpts) by the orchestra and chorus!
The reading will be performed by Mario Tashiro, who has a perfect sense of pitch and has appeared in a wide range of musicals and classics as Ludwig B. Beethoven. In addition, a cast of multi-talented actors will also appear.
Chikara Iwamura, resident conductor of the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra, will conduct the performance of Beethoven's masterpieces. The Grand Philharmonic Tokyo (orchestra) and the Grand Philharmonic Choir (chorus) will celebrate the completion of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 "with Chorus" with their sparkling sounds and harmonies.

Morning Musume. '24 is one of the first group of artists (and first girl group) announced to perform at a music festival called "The MusiQuest 2024" on July 21st (Day 2) @ PIA ARENA MM in Yokohama. (Arena opened in 2020, Capacity 12,141)

"The MusiQuest 2024" to be held this Summer at Pia Arena MM, is a music festival sponsored by TV Asahi with the theme of exploring musical diversity and new music and artists. The second edition of the music event, which attracted 40,000 people over two days last year and was SOLD OUT on both days, will be held again this year.
